Storage Tanks & Tank Testing
Construction and restoration of single & double walled surface tanks and intermediate bulk containers (IBC) with engineering solution components (flow meter, dispenser) for easy dispensing and self-auditing structures. Tank testing services include Pressure Cycling, Leak Testing, Hydrostatic Testing, Ultrasonic Testing, Vacuum Testing, Corrosion Resistance and Fire Resistance Testing — plus thickness measurement, calibration of safety valves and pressure gauges, hydrotest, discharge hose continuity and earthing tests.
Clean & Dry Smart Filtration
Removes fuel contamination and stops water as it leaves the bulk tank with excellent ISO 4406 cleanliness level. Twin filter heads — a particulate filter that cleans the fuel and a water absorber that removes free water — ensuring only clean, dry diesel reaches your equipment. Prevents machine breakdown, downtime and excessive bleeding of fuel hoses.
Anti-Theft Fuel Systems
From mechanical barriers — anti-siphon devices, locking fuel caps, tank guards and drain plug protection — to electronic monitoring with high-precision fuel level sensors, tank alarms, smart fuel caps and perimeter sensors that send immediate alerts via SMS or mobile app.
Customised Wheels & Cart Systems
Customised logistics equipment for transporting liquid and solid cargo on site and in warehouses — four/two wheel containment trailers for fuel (wetstock) or dry cargo, varying weight capacity, static grounding reel and chassis, weighted trailer hitch and 360-degree swivel wheels.
Heat Treatment Solutions
Heat treatment for petroleum & petrochemical refineries, power plants, gas processing, fabrication, aerospace, marine, offshore and pipelines — purging, curing, heat exchange, stripping and flare. Our OE partner Zentech manufactures portable heat treatment equipment calibrated to global ISO standards.
Energy Conversion, Lube Skids & Service Vans
Vaporizers & atomizers that maximize fuel efficiency and reduce emissions; Ravasini mobile lube & greasing skids (175 L capacity) leased to oil & gas, mining and construction; and fully equipped service vans — workshops on wheels with organized shelving, diagnostic tools, compressors and power supplies to minimize downtime.

Industrial coatings that stop corrosion and aid energy reduction, thermal insulation, fire protection and asset protection — Super Therm®, Rust Grip®, HPC Coating®, Enamo Grip® and Moist Metal Grip®. Save energy usage and costs from 20% up to 50%, eliminate Corrosion Under Insulation, and apply directly to equipment operating up to 650°C without shutdown. Developed with NASA; quality approvals from DNV, Energy Star, IMO, ABS and US Army Corps Engineers. Clients of our OE partner include NASA, Chevron, ADNOC and SASOL.
